How far do you travel?
Based in Windsor, Colorado, we proudly serve events throughout Northern Colorado and beyond. Travel within 30 miles is included. Beyond 30 miles, travel is $1 per additional mile, round trip. Planning a mountain wedding, destination celebration, or multi-day event? We’d love to hear about it and can provide a custom travel quote.
Do you travel out of state?
Absolutely! We love being part of destination weddings and events. Out-of-state bookings start at a $1,000 minimum, plus travel-related expenses. Requirements vary by location, so we’ll provide a customized proposal outlining everything needed to make your event a success.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, reserving your date early ensures the best availability.
