Every event is unique, and pricing is customized based on your guest count, service style, and beverage selections. Here are the five factors that help determine your quote:
- Experience SelectionChoose from our Espresso Bar, Matcha Bar, Refreshment Bar, or Self-Serve Coffee Bar experiences. Each offers a unique menu and level of service.
- Service DurationWhether you need us for a quick morning meeting or a multi-hour celebration, service time impacts staffing and beverage preparation.
- Guest CountWe base our packages on the number of guests attending your event. Rather than counting individual drinks, we provide unlimited beverages for your selected guest count, allowing guests to enjoy the experience however they’d like.
- Location & LogisticsTravel distance, venue accessibility, and event setup requirements help us ensure a seamless experience from arrival to breakdown.

Travel & Destination Events
Travel within 30 miles of our home base is included with all bookings. For events located beyond 30 miles, a travel fee of $1.00 per mile (round trip) will apply to the additional distance traveled.
Events requiring more than 2 hours of travel from our home base are subject to a minimum booking of $750.
Out-of-state events require a minimum booking of $1,000, excluding travel-related expenses.
Destination events may require additional costs, including but not limited to overnight accommodations, venue permits, parking fees, tolls, vendor access fees, or other event-specific expenses. Minimum booking requirements may also apply depending on the location, guest count, and scope of service.

What is included in your packages?
Every Love & Latte experience includes professional baristas, our mobile espresso cart, setup and cleanup, cups, lids, napkins, dairy and non-dairy milk options, premium syrups, and a customized beverage menu tailored to your event. We handle every detail so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Our packages are designed for events with 25 or more guests. Most events fall comfortably within our standard offerings, but larger-scale events, extended service times, and destination events may have minimum booking requirements. Out-of-state bookings start at a $1,000 minimum, plus travel. If you’re unsure, reach out, we’re always happy to discuss your event and find the best fit.
How far do you travel?
Based in Windsor, Colorado, we proudly serve events throughout Northern Colorado and beyond. Travel within 30 miles is included. Beyond 30 miles, travel is $1 per additional mile, round trip.
